Spider-Man: No Way Home pulled in villains from each of the wall-crawler's movies starring Tobey Maguire and Andrew Garfield, though some big changes were made along the way.
Now, thanks to artist Rob Brunette, we have a closer look at each of the redesigns (make sure to head over to his ArtStation page in order to check out even closer shots of the baddies). He explains that these illustrations for "MCU style guide art" that's "used for Marvel merchandise material and consumer products."
In other words, this is what's sent to the companies making various tie-in items like t-shirts and lunchboxes with the likenesses of these villains on them. Here, we can see the changes made to the Green Goblin's costume in order to bring him more in line with his comic book counterpart, though we're not sure there was that much purple in the version we saw on screen.
Doctor Octopus, Sandman, and The Lizard look very much the same, though Electro has definitely evolved from his original blue skin-look to something a lot more like the comic books. It's not quite yellow and green spandex, but it does look a lot like what Max Dillon donned in the Spider-Man video game (Marvel Studios also deserves props for the comic accurate "mask").
