According to the Facebook Page for Sony Pictures, the release date for The Amazing Spider-Man in India has been moved forward to June 29th. This means that the movie will release in India before US. The status update said, "Breaking news! The India release of THE AMAZING SPIDER-MAN has been advanced to 29th June which means India watches it BEFORE the US! Excited??"

This comes after the release of The Avengers was preponed in India.
