Bryce Dallas Howard On Emma Stone, Ryan Reynolds On Hugh Jackman

The former Gwen Stacy gives her blessing to the girl who will take over the role in the Spider-Man reboot, and Ryan Reynolds bigs up his X-Men Origins: Wolverine co-star Hugh Jackman. He still reckons Deadpool would kick Wolvie's ass though!..

First up is a report from Access Hollywood. Bryce Dallas Howard, who played Gwen Stacy in Spider-man 3 spoke about Emma Stone(who will take over as Stacy in a rebooted role) at the premier of her new film, Hereafter, at the 2010 New York Film Festival..

'She's like Gwen Stacy 2.0! Faster, funnier, sexier - like more awesome! She's gonna kill it. She's going to be amazing.'

Bryce added: '[Emma is] so bright and so hilarious and has so much joie de vie and Gwen really embodies that. She's just perfect.'
Howard will co star with Stone in their upcoming movie, Help.

Next, LA Times'
Geoff Boucher interviewed Ryan Reynolds who played (a version of!) Deadpool in X-Men Origins: Wolverine. He asked the great fanboy question: Deadpool Vs Wolverine; Who wins? Of course Reynolds answered..

“Deadpool could beat Wolverine any day. I know it, you know it. Hugh Jackman knows it.”

But Reynolds, who we will see next as Hal Jordan in Green Lantern, was full of praise for the actor that plays the mutant berserker..

“Hugh is a great guy. He’s a very classy human being. He sets the bar for being classy in Hollywood. It’s almost mayoral, his approach to Hollywood. It’s as much his job to sign an autograph or take a photo with a fan as it is to blow people away with his performance on screen. He could host a master class on how to be a movie star. At one point, he was going to be shooting [the new Disney sci-fi film "Real Steel"] in Louisiana while I was doing ‘Green Lantern,’ and we were e-mailing back and forth about having dinner, but they switched to Michigan at the last minute. He’s a tremendous guy and a role model, really.”

He added, " But seriously, Wolverine is no Deadpool"
