5 Last Minute Theories About SUICIDE SQUAD And Whether They're Valid Or Not

With the clock ticking on Suicide Squad's release, we still don't know much about the film and with countless theories out there, which are the strongest ones or the dumbest?...

With Suicide Squad nearing release (34 days to go) i feel as though not much is known about it, eh? I mean, yeah the trailers sure has shown us some bits of the movie BUT we don't know who the villain is, what the Joker has to do with all this and not much else has been revealed and there have been 3 trailers so far and it's some damn good marketing.

Aside from that, there are COUNTLESS theories about the movie, which i will crack right here and keep in mind, if i missed something, help me out. From the Joker's true identity to a shocking ending, these are 5 theories on Suicide Squad and why they're likely right or WRONG.

1. Enchantress Is The Main Villain

Now, i know the movie has villains as protagonists and jizz but who's the villain that the Task Force is after? Well, one theory states that a member of the Task Force is the villain. How is that? Well, also a rumour says that the squad is fighting a bunch of humanoid creatures called The Eye Of The Adversary, but those 'creatures' seem to wear military clothing, so what does that mean? It's possible that Enchantress possessed all of those soldiers and with other scenes in the trailer showing her in the White House, which she is there to 'save' the world.  That sounds pretty cool, mind you.

2. Is The Flash Gonna Cameo?

As we all know, Captain Boomerang is a Flash rogue, right? With the infamous Jai Courtney playing him, and from the trailers, he looks like a scene-stealer. A rumour by The Geek Mafia states that The Flash is making a quick cameo to show Boomerang's origin. If so, it does make sense. But it just seems highly unlikely, but with Batman showing up in what presumably is the origin of Harley, and with Deadshot also having scenes dedicated to his origin (in the trailers, Deadshot is seen hugging some kind of child; his child?) so, it would make sense to do the same for Captain Boomerang.

Who knows? Good thing is we are getting more Ezra Miller as Flash and that's always good.

3. Ra's Al Ghul Is Aswell Gonna Cameo?

While wandering around IMDB, i found something interesting. "Christopher Plummer is rumoured to appear as Ra's Al Ghul as a small cameo." Wait, WAIT, a second. I don't know if this is legit, i searched and didn't find anything or any article about this, which is a bit weird. Is this fake? Real? But if so, how will Ra's Al Ghul appear? Seems weird. But considering 90% of this movie is filled with Batman characters, this isn't too much of a stretch.

4. Scott Easwood's Playing Either Nightwing Or Deathstroke

Suicide Squad is a big film; it is so important, that every detail will be looked at in every detail. So includes the casting of Scott Eastwood who is rumoured to be either Nightwing (or simply Dick Grayson) or just the metahuman assassin, Deathstroke. It's baffling because he doesn't seem like a Slade type, but the Nightwing rumour is more believable. Listen, what if Dick is undercover at A.R.G.U.S by Batman because Bats doesn't trust Amanda Waller with Task Force X and let's face it Bats and Waller aren't on the best of terms in any of the comics, or shows. But with his character still not revealed, he could be Ambush Bug, for all we know.
5. The Joker Is Actually...Dead?

Now, as stupid as this sounds, listen: So, we haven't seen a whole lot of the Joker in the trailers, with few dialogue and a listen at that gorgeous laugh and with him being mostly seen in flashback sequences with Harley and Bats and at a warehouse doing...well, something, i don't know. We haven't seen his character in much more places than that and could that mean the Joker has died? As some fans would let you to believe, absolutely not. He's alive and well, that crazy bastard. Leto has many movies on his contract and a leaked plot detail says that the Joker's men shot down the helicopter which contains the members of the Squad (which can be seen crashing in the trailers) and he wants Harley back. So, that's all for this theory.

Suicide Squad opens August 5th, 2016.

What if Scott was one of the younger Wilsons? Maybe Jericho or Ravager (Grant). Have we heard him speak at all in the trailers?
