There's nothing too revealing in the Tweet below (we already knew that the production title of Suicide Squad will be "Bravo 14"), but you may notice that the first volume of "The New 52" Suicide Squad series is pictured. It could be that Ayer has taken some inspiration from the comic book as it did after all focus on Harley Quinn, and even developed a very interesting relationship between her and Deadshot. How much -if any - of that ends up in the movie remains to be seen. Thoughts?
