There's nothing too revealing in the Tweet below (we already knew that the production title of Suicide Squad will be "Bravo 14"), but you may notice that the first volume of "The New 52" Suicide Squad series is pictured. It could be that Ayer has taken some inspiration from the comic book as it did after all focus on Harley Quinn, and even developed a very interesting relationship between her and Deadshot. How much -if any - of that ends up in the movie remains to be seen. Thoughts?

Well of course, New 52 Suicide Squad was the existing series when the SS started gaining popularity so it figures it would partly inspire the film. It'll more than likely inspire a majority of the film concerning Harley and Deadshot. NOW BRING ON THE SQUAD!

Everybody gets mad at them for having a New 52 book.

At least they will be a real Suicide Squad unlike Flash/Arrow which y'all want connected to the DCCU.
