SUICIDE SQUAD: Jared Leto Continues To Tease His 'Joker' Portrayal

As Jared Leto continues to tease his role as the Clown Prince of Crime in David Ayer's Suicide Squad via social media, a couple of new videos have surfaced of the Requiem For A Dream actor behaving in a very Joker-ish manner. Take a look after the jump...

Ever the showman, Jared Leto can't help dropping the occasional Joker-tease via his various social media accounts... not that we're complaining. After giving us a look at his new hairdo and bleached/shaved eyebrows for his role in David Ayer's Suicide Squad, he's now posted a video of himself twirling around as "See You In Hell" from the animated The Dark Knight Returns movie plays in the background. The second vid wasn't actually posted by Leto, but a fan caught the brief snippet from a recent 30 Seconds To Mars gig and posted it to Vine. This might not have a thing to do with the Clown Prince of Crime of course, as Leto could just be trying to get the crowd going -- but the voice he uses to do so certainly sounds very Joker-like don't you think?

@VisionaryNPA the focus of the article is the the couple of seconds of Leto speaking to the crowd,possibly giving us a hint at what the Joker will sound like....him spinning is reminiscent of Ledger's Joker calling out Batman to reveal himself.

These "teases" mean nothing to me until I see full make up and hear the laugh. Bonesaw is ready.

@MarkCassidy The DKR score was added to the original Snapchat of Leto by the Facebook page that posted it.

Cool. I definitely have faith in Leto.

The Joker better last and be established in the DCCU.

He needs to be a mainstay, not just as one of Batman's rogues, but as a major villain in the DCCU.

In other words. Don't kill the Joker. Lock him up but do not kill him.

@VisionaryNPA

If Ledger (RIP) filmed himself spinning around to the 1989 Batman theme or Nolan's Batman Begins soundtrack people (Comic Book Fans) would have lost their shit too....

Because he's playing The Joker.

I wonder if he's taking a method-acting approach...talk about invested. I have faith in him.
