If you can pull yourswelf away from the images, I think you'll be interested in the Gough interview. Apparently at the time the plan was for Kara to teach Clark how to fly.

It's Kara from Argo City, Daughter of Zor-El and Allura. On Planet Earth she is Superman's Cousin disguised as Kara Kent a "New Girl on Campus" at Smallville High. When I watched SMALLVILLE ? Laura Vandervoort did a good job playing both Kara of Kandor City and Kara Kent of the Miss Smallville Pagaents.

She is a sister to her to big brother Clark Kent. See back in the Pre-Crisis era she was called Linda Lee Danvers living in Chicago, IL after graduating from Midvale High. I like the Pre-Crisis version better, I never care for the Matrix (Supergirl) cause she morphs into different People and becomes invisible. She was called Mae Kent and in 1996 she moved to Leesburg, Va and rescued Linda Danvers from the demon named Buzz. I never liked her new powers being The Fallen Angel of God. Its like she is trapped flying from the boundaries of Heaven and Hell trying to escape from Lucifer's angels named Buzz who created her as "The Earth-Born Angel". Peter David is never going to write down those stories on "The Girl of Steel" being the Devil's angel. Peter was so terrible using the Pre-Crisis version in the modern version to see Supergirl reflects her identity to see how she turns out good and bad.

Iam proud Kara came back to the current DC Universe in 2004. I wanted that character come back, because one day the new Superman movies may release the remake version of Supergirl.

Ah, Todd Gray, but then there is the interview with Al Gough regarding Supergirl on Smallville to provide the substance that counterbalances the "smut". There must always be balance.
