Henry Cavill Takes Flight To John Williams' Iconic SUPERMAN Score In This New JUSTICE LEAGUE BTS Video

Henry Cavill has been sharing quite a bit of Superman-related content to his Instagram page recently, which has led to speculation that some kind of big announcement could be imminent.

Following a workout vid in which he teases his "probable" return as The Man of Steel, the actor has now posted some behind-the-scenes footage from Zack Snyder's Justice League.

As Cavill rehearses a flight sequence with the film's stunt team, we hear the unmistakable strains of John Williams' iconic theme from Superman: The Movie, which then morphs into Hans Zimmer's updated Man of Steel take.

We'll just have to wait and see if Cavill follows this up with something related to his next big-screen appearance as Superman. The bigger question is, when exactly would that be?

We're still waiting on a Man of Steel 2 announcement, and Justice League 2 is a no-go (for now), so the most likely scenario would seem be Supes popping up for a cameo in the Shazam! movie, which has been rumored for quite a while now.

Tell us, are you looking forward to seeing Cavill don the iconic colors as Superman again? What movie do you think he'll appear in next? Let us know in the comments.

Henry deserves to be the Superman we all know he can be. He's got a good heart, like Clark. Give MoS 2 to someone that deserves Henry.

I loved the soundtrack to Man of Steel, but nothing can beat that John Williams score. We will get at least one more solo Superman film with Henry. I actually think he is perfect for the role, they just need to put him in an epic true Superman film. Have a look at him in Man from UNCLE and you can see he can play cool and fun. Give him a great send off WB.

It's weird to me that WB ever thought "we need to drop the John Williams Superman theme". That's like saying "We're doing a new Bond... we need to drop the James Bond theme for something different."

Of course, Snyder's grim Superman didn't really fit the classic theme at all... but maybe that should have been a hint to WB that they were off-track with the character.
