Episode recap: Kandorians being hunted, Zod gets Shot.

this episode was good, the whole Zod swiping report things at the daily planet was good, better than me..lol then Clark and Farioa (Sometihng has to be up between Zod and Farioa) getting info,Lois with the doctor lex replica, sawing off limbs too show the world that aliens do exist. Clark decides to save zod with his blood (Hint..Hint) yea finally after months of having no powers Zod finally gets his wish. Jumping off the roof i thought he said good bye cruel world and committed sucide. but...he flew away...too bad clark can't fly yet......and the whole chole has a box full of toys kinda thinks she gone Rambo first blood..on the world. well I have a promo for what's coming in April. Next episode airs April 2nd.

I like how their our not only 2 sides this season. You have checkmate, the league, and the kandorian's and all of them our enemies of one another.

The last 2 episodes have had great endings.

It was good. The ending however bugged the hell out of me.


You mean to tell me Zod can fly after barely having his powers for a day?!?!?!?!

Let's face it Clark needs to fly and he needs to do it soon.

They've mentioned in other seasons that the reason Clark hasn't flown yet is because he hasn't had that "push" to help him
And he's afraid of flying he's said...
Kara flew because she really wanted too and Zod did cause he really wanted
The Legion of Superheroes had said that maybe the death of Chloe will be the push he needs to fly and after Dr. Fate said her destiny was the same as his I know she's going to die and it'll probably the last episode of the season and maybe he fly's then or they'll save it for the Season 10 season finally and finish it off with a bang and have him suit up for it too!

It is still unclear what dr.fate meant, because he could not view his own fate, so he did not know he was going to die. Some have suspected that she may end up losing her mind(like nelson)or turn into dr.fate. Due to the fact Mack reconized both in a interview I doubt that will be the case. The writers want you to be suprised.

NO my thought is why is it that every Kryptonian, Kandorian & their mother can fly witihin 1 episode of trying but its 8 1/2 season later and Clark still can't! Load of shit if you ask me...

The one thing I do not like about this season is how they didn't take any of the JSA's advice about trusting each other.

They've already mentioned in an earlier episode that the reason clark can't fly yet is psychological. He considers himself to be more human than kryptonian which keeps him grounded.

Smallville has been fantastic this season. It's going to be interesting once the final part of the season starts, with Checkmate revealing itself, and the Kandorians, and just everything.

@zephyr You are correct about Clark's inability to fly. I think he's getting closer though. The way he's referring to the Kandorians as "our/my people". But he obviously doesn't quite believe it himself yet.

What I got out of it was that he saw Martian Manhunter/J'onn J'onzz fate and that he'd be the one to save him and end up dying cause of it
So in a way him seeing other peoples fates caused him to see his own in a way

And that quick, the show got ruined! Its gonna be the same fight he had with Lex when he was possessed by "General" Zod, difference is, they are need to explain how Clark defeats a trained soldier with the same powers he has. Can't do the whole unpossession he did with Lex. if its something stupid like he takes the powers back I'm gonna hurl! Get rid of the Major and bring on the General!! I WANT TO SEE NOMB! I WANT TO SEE URSA! I WANT TO SEE A DROP DOWN, DRAG OUT FIGHT! I WANNA SEE THE RED BLUE BLUR BACK!!! I WANNA SEE MICHAEL RAESENBAUM (however you spell it) RETURN AS LEX!!! I WANNA SEE CLARK SNEEZE AND PUT OLIVER IN ORBIT (Can't stand him)!! I WANNA SEE DOOMSDAY DONE RIGHT!! Think anyone from the show is reading this? (Just in case, "I LOVE THIS SHOW!!!)

Not that its an answer, but they established seasons ago, Clark has a problem with heights. Its gonna be something silly like psychosomatic. At one point he will need to rescue somebody after leaping the wrong way and he'll stop in midair and finally fly.

well last nights episode was GOOD, I'm glad the show is back on track!..TESS was great, Chloe build up a stockpile of Kryptonite weapons..AWESOME, A mention
of John Corban (Metallo)..SWEET!..Lois..HOT,
Zod being able to FLY in 1/2 an episode..CRAP..
Clark not flying after almost 9 years WTF!?!
OHH ya I forgot to mention those little CHECKMATE
teasers along the way.. SUPER AWESOME!

now I understand why Clark can't/won't fly..YET,
but having Zod being able to fly after CK saves his
life by using his own BLOOD. I'm mean WTF!? I know
Zod can't be killed off because he has a LONG history
with SUPERMAN. and I know ZOD is going DOWN by the season finale..I just want MORE CHECKMATE and LESS ZOD.

Its really going to be interesting how this whole thing works out. Is ZOD really going to become the same zod that destroyed krypton or is he going to redeem himself? Also is tess's actions of checkmate or of her own, because I don't see waller wanting the kryptonians in charge.
Because it seems like everyone has their own agenda except oliver. Oliver has only kept chloe's secret's this season, but it is obvious he agrees with why she is doing what she is doing. The thing is he disagrees with how she is going about it.

Also it just hit me upgrade is supose to feature red k.
I just asumed clark was going to be exposed to red, but now with zod having his powers......could it be zod who is exposed?
