Smallville can't let the vast amount of kryptonite stories die and they're putting a new twist on it. Clark will be infected with kryptonite gemstones with "magical wish fulfilling properties." When he mentions to Lois that he would like a more traditional relationship, she quits her job and starts planning their wedding. To make things more interesting, Clark mentions to Chloe that he wished she would watch out for him more and that somehow translates into targeting Lois.
This episode is clearly a filler but I think it's going to be funny.
