SPOILERS: First Look At Earth-2's 'Firestorm' In Season 2 Of THE FLASH

When we last saw Robbie Amell's Ronnie Raymond in The Flash, he had seemingly sacrificed himself to close the Singularity above Central City. However, does the photo below prove that he survived and has become the Firestorm of Earth-2? That's certainly one possibility - especially if he tracked down Earth-2's Jason Rusch - though it's equally as likely that this IS the Earth-2 version of Ronnie. We'll have to wait until this episode (which is going to feature Team Flash travelling to Earth-2) airs to find out, but feel free to share your thoughts and theories on this in the comments section.

I'd probably have a heart attack if I logged on only to find positive comments.

Personally I think it looks alright and I'm guessing my theory was correct. Ronnie was transported to earth2 and fused with either Jason or his earth2 counterpart. Still hoping e1 firestorm and e2 firestorm can fuse and create Elemental Firestorm.

What if this is Ronnie from Earth 1 with the Ronnie from Earth 2? Or Dr.Stein from Earth 2? They never did find his body and he did happen to die within the singularity

I think one of the users on here speculated that Eddie may turn out to be Zoom. Could be.

Also, let's take time to appreciate that Ezra Miller is gonna be awesome as Barry, tho I wish he was playing Wally West instead....

A little bit better then the stupid hoodie from season one but still doesn't mean it is a good costume.

What's the fracking point with those leather costumes on TV shows?

Firestorm has nuclear power and can change matter into everything, but on The Flash he looks more like a poor version of Human Torch and now Nic Cage's Ghost Rider.

@spideymania26 really? I think he is a very talented actor. I can understand that some people feel odd that cast decision, because he doesn't resembles the character of the comics, but that doesnt take away his acting abilities.

Michael Keaton was an odd choice too, so was Ledger.
Never forget.

Black leather maybe hints for an evil version of Firestorm. I don't think that Earth 1 Robbie survived the season finale, that's his doppelganger.

a leather jacket?

@SonofBatman based on what? I need proof. If e1 Ronnie died that would probably mean e1 Stein would die as well since they're bonded to each other on a cellular level.

Damn, was Ezra Miller on that "wacky tobacky" in that interview?

I hope that one day a competent reporter or member of the audience during a panel, will forwardly ask the director or executive producers about the costume dilemma. Why is it that we see such shitty costumes that aren't even practical (leather is not practical for Firestorm). I would shocked if it was for budgetary reasons and not mismanagement of the design process during a rapid network schedule. I feel like a lot of the ire that cbm receive from fans are based around poor business management of a production that leads to poor artistic executions or lack of opportunities (eg. set design, costume design, special effects).

I just hope Ronnie hooks up with Jason. I always liked those two together the best. I'd really enjoy if the producers of Arrow brought Brian Clevinger on board for the Jason and Ronnie team up episode. I remember Brian was to write a Firestorm comic book, but when the New 52 came around DC decided they didn't want him anymore. Which really stinks, because he has made some great comics. I really have liked his Atomic Robo series and would like to see what he could do for a tv script. I definitely believe he could bring out the more fun version of Green Arrow. So that would help.
