Harrison Wells experiment from Earth-2 creates meta-humans just like Earth-1 Wells (Thawne.) Only instead of one person getting the ability to access to the speed force, it’s three: Jay Garrick, Henry Allen and his daughter Jesse. All three people go into comas just like Barry did in Earth-1. During the time they are in comas, meta-humans start causing chaos in Central City. Harrison Wells is worried that his daughter may end up like them, so he finds the other coma patients that match her condition and finds Henry Allen. Jay Garrick is awake by this point but not yet active as being The Flash. He plans to transfer Jesse’s speed force to Henry, getting rid of her powers and allowing her to live a normal life. Meanwhile Henry becomes a more powerful speedster. Wells is successful in his experiment but now has Henry to deal with. By this time Jay Garrick is The Flash and trying to be a hero, so Wells gets an idea to train Henry secretly to be the speedster to be the hero of Central City and help Wells combat the guilt of causing the particle accelerator experiment to happen and cause chaos in Central City. This is why Zooms suit resembles Barry’s even though I know Cisco made Barry’s suit on Earth-1. This is why when Wells came to Earth-1 he knew how to help Barry create mirror images to defeat Dr. Light. Eventually Henry goes evil because of either the experiment Wells did makes him crave speed force energy and goes mad with power or something happens to Barry from Earth-2.

In Earth to we now know that Oliver Queen died and his father became the vigilante The Hood in Star City, and in season finale of Flash we saw a climps of a timeline where Barry was in jail. Both Queens and Allens might have this flashpoint style father-son role-revers going on.

Anyway, your theory is great.

@Doopie Why is the Zoom evil? That really is the million dollar question here. That whole "he wants to be the only speedster" thing is just an excuse cause they don't want reveal the real motive yet.
This question is like the anti-life equation here. You figure out the answer; you know all.

I honestly don't want to know who he is. I just want him to be evil for the sake of being evil.
