Justice League actor Ray Fisher has now refuted recent reports that his character, Cyborg, has been "written out" of The Flash... at least, we think that's what he's saying.
Earlier this week, news broke that Walter Hamada would be staying on as Warner Bros.' President of DC Films. Since Fisher had publicly stated that he would have nothing to do with the studio while Hamada was in charge, it was generally assumed that he'd be stepping away from the role of Cyborg.
We appeared to get confirmation of this via The Wrap, but the actor has now sent out a series of Tweets calling the report "factually inaccurate," and urging the site to "amend this article immediately."
Fisher goes on to say that "the Justice League investigation led to WarnerMedia (and its affiliates) parting ways with Joss Whedon. Geoff Johns will be following suit."

At no point does Fisher actually say that he hasn't left the role of Cyborg behind, so there's a chance he's simply unhappy with some of the finer details of this report. He definitely seems to think that The Wrap (and a certain reporter in particular) are not being completely truthful here, and are simply relaying what WB wants them to.
We doubt that, quite frankly. At any rate, it will be interesting to see how this situation plays out.
