Adriana Barraza, the Babel Oscar nominated actress who snagged a role Marvel's much-anticipated THOR adaptation, recently spoke with the Informador. Briefly, for the first time discussing her role, which she plays local diner owner Isabel Alvarez, Barraza says:

"I have a small role, which has only two scenes," she said modestly. "But I was very happy to be part of this movie. It gave me the opportunity to see what you do, no matter how small it is, try to do what it is, something very important, great."


With new footage coming markedly during the 45th annual Super Bowl, Sunday, February 6, 2011, 6:30pm ET on FOX, Kenneth Branagh's epic tale of THOR hits May 6, in 3D!
