Adriana Barazza has recently appeared in the films Babel and Sam Raimi's Drag Me To Hell, but her acting career spans over 15 years. Now, she might be sharing scenes with Natalie Portman and Stellan Skarsgard in Marvel's Thor.

HeatVision.com has revealed that the actress is in negotiations to play a human character in the comic film.


MPP - It seems to me that Kenneth Branagh isn't pulling any punches with this movie. He's using quality actors for even minor supporting roles! I keep trying to find the word to describe how I feel this film will turn out. . . oh, wait: EPIC! I'll gladly take Thor over Spider-Man 4 in 2011.

Now can we see some costume designs already?!?

Oh, I almost forgot!

Marvel has just released an image of Iron Man's newest armor to be used in the Seige story line. It was designed by Eisner Award-winning series writer Matt Fraction and Ryan Meinerding, designer on the "Iron Man" and "Thor" films:

How do you know she's a great actress? I looked on IMDb(http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0056770/) and she's been acting in Spanish up until 2006 with that one movie to her credit. I don't know, just asking. Oscar accreditations no longer hold the weight and esteem for me the way they used to.

@ Skyh00k: that's cool man. Personally I am not on this "I trust Branagh" trip either! I have seen a Branagh film that I HATED.

However, everything people say about him is true. He does have class and an eye for good drama and great performances. But I am not going to ASSUME Thor's going to be wonderful just because of that.

I want it to be good. Everything I have heard about it so far has been uber awesome, especially the cast. So there is reason to be positive, but we really just don't know a whole lot at this point other than that.

I haven't heard anything at all about this movie that I would consider a "red flag".
That being said, this is one of those rare times when my expectations are rising in spite of myself.
If this movie doesn't produce I will be severly disappointed.

She was great in Drag Me To Hell so after that memorable performance, I cant wait to see the kind of role Branagh casts her in!!

However, Im still not 100% convinced about Hemsworth or Branagh's involvement in the movie - its way too early to make ant sort of judgement but some pictures and a little more story info would be nice!
