DEBUNKED: Check Out The Exploding Head Effects That'll Be Used For THE WALKING DEAD Season 7 Première

Yes, we will indeed see that major character death in all its grisly glory when The Walking Dead returns for its seventh season. Does this special FX test offer any clues as to who meets Lucille?

The Walking Dead EP Greg Nicotero posted the following video to his Instagram account, and it gives us an up close and personal look at the effects that'll be utilized for the big death next season.

Fans were left very disappointed that we didn't get to find out which member of Rick's crew met a brutal end at the hands of Negan and his notorious weapon of choice, Lucille, in the season 6 finale - but it seems they're not going to shy away from depicting the poor soul's demise in graphic detail when we return in October.

Obviously they haven'y actually used the character's likeness for this dummy, but it is clearly a male with facial hair. Just saying!

UPDATE: Turns out this isn't from The Walking Dead at all, but the microwave scene from the end of the Last House On The Left remake.

Glenn is way ahead in the poll, but who do you think Negan killed?
