Here's some whiplash for you! It seems we only just learned about the cancellation of Lauren Cohan's Whiskey Cavalier, which had given The Walking Dead fans hope for her return, but now it looks like that isn't quite as sure a thing as it once seemed.

Apparently, talks are now happening between ABC and Warner Bros which leaves the show with a 50/50 shot of being saved. On top of that, the show is being shopped to various streaming outlets as well, so the fate of this show seems to be uncertain at this time.

Above and below you can find tweets from Showrunner Bill Lawrence, communicating with fans what ways they can potentially help contribute to save the show.

Cohan has made recent comments that she isn't done with Maggie Rhee (Greene) and that it doesn't feel over to her, so fans will likely have a chance to see her reappear in The Walking Dead sooner or later, the only question is - how long will that be, and in what fashion?

Are you disappointed that Maggie may not be returning soon? Let us know your thoughts below!

The Walking Dead is an American post-apocalyptic survival series featuring a large ensemble cast of survivors of the zombie apocalypse, trying to stay alive from the near-constant threat of attacks from the mindless zombies, colloqially known as walkers. However, with the fall of humanity these survivors also face conflict from other living survivors who have formed groups and communities with their own sets of laws and morals, often leading to hostile conflict between the human communities.

The Walking Dead airs on AMC on Sunday nights at 9.

That show was not good at all.

Rumor right now is that Cohan is going to be returning for the next season of Walking Dead (in a limited role).

It was alright, nothing special. It's officially dead at ABC now, though they are shopping it to streaming services
