The Doctor is officially back in - and just in time for 2020. Kicking off the new year on BBC America is Series 12 of the unparalelled popular science fiction series - Doctor Who.

On New Year's Day fans will be treated with a special two-part episode to kick off the season which is titled Spyfall. Directed by Jamie Magnus Stone and Written by Chris Chibnall, the episode features prominent guest stars in the form of Stephen Fry and Sir Lenny Henry CBE. Following the Thirteenth Doctor's (Jodie Whittacre) return fans will see episodes return regularly on Sundays beginning January 5th - meaning that there won't even be a full week's wait following Spyfall parts one and two for fans to indulge in what is next for them.

Really excited for this but also apprehensive. I really didn’t care for 13ths first season. Hopefully they can step it up
