After several episodes apart, tonight's installment finally saw twin sestras Sarah & Helena reunite for a much-needed heart-to-heart that lifted Sarah's spirits and helped her refocus on the task at hand: stopping Rachel by any means necessary. Meanwhile, back on the island, Cosima discovered the mysterious monster in the forest and learned that it's actually an early failed experiment, created by P.T. Westmoreland, Susan Duncan, and Virginia Coady.

Next week, she's seeking answers and right on cue, Delphine reenters the picture. Elsewhere, Rachel confronts Susan and Ira while Sarah attempts to learn more about the psychic connection she shares with Kira and Helena.

I approve. I really like how they use the updated, early 70s retro logo.
