Those who had the chance to go to the Duke Energy Convention Center this past weekend, were met with the fortunate opportunity to meet, talk, and take pictures with Arrow stars David Ramsey, and of course, Oliver Queen himself - Stephen Amell.
Though Amell's time as the Emerald Archer may have come to a close in 2019's Crisis on Infinite Earth's event, the actor has returned most recently in CW's The Flash Season 9 episode - "It's My Party and I'll Die If I Want To," to put on the hood once more.
However, as The Flash's series finale has officially marked the ending of the Arrowverse, Amell revealed during the conference that he himself does not believe he is done with playing the billionaire vigilante:
Amell has shared his interest once before in reprising the role as Oliver Queen for a potential Arrow Season 9, if it were to be a limited season on Max - though no developments have been heard of.
Additonally, the chance of Amell playing the character in James Gunn's new DCU seems slim, as Gunn has yet to reveal a Green Arrow project - or even a mention of the character, along with the Black Canary who he is most associated with in the comics.
Would you like to see Stephen Amell play Oliver Queen/Green Arrow again in the DC Universe?
When presumed-dead billionaire playboy Oliver Queen returns home to Starling City after five years stranded on a remote island in the Pacific, he hides the changes the experience had on him, while secretly seeking reconciliation with his ex, Laurel. By day he picks up where he left off, playing the carefree philanderer he used to be, but at night he dons the alter ego of Arrow and works to right the wrongs of his family and restore the city to its former glory. Complicating his mission is Laurel's father, Detective Quentin Lance, who is determined to put the vigilante behind bars.
