New Extended Promo For ARROW Season 4 Episode 21: "Monument Point"

Next week, Team Arrow races against the clock to stop Damien Darhk's latest and most deadly plan. Meanwhile, Thea & Malcolm deal with Anarky and Oliver has a heart-to-heart with Noah Kuttler.

Arrow has certainly been on a downward trend this season, but will it be able to recover as it heads into the final three episodes of the much criticized season four? Next week, it's up to Felicity and her father, who for some reason are both experts with nuclear weapons, to save the day. On another front, Oliver, Diggle, and Lyla go after Damien Darhk and Thea & Malcolm face-off with Anarky. Check out the new extended promo below:

TOM AMANDES RETURNS AS NOAH KUTTLER – When Team Arrow learns what Damien Darhk’s (guest star Neal McDonough) next move is Felicity (Emily Bett Rickards) realizes she needs to ask her father, Noah Kuttler (guest star Tom Amandes), for help. Noah and Oliver (Stephen Amell) have a heart to heart talk that leaves Oliver rattled. Kevin Tancharoen directed the episode written by Speed Weed & Jenny Lynn (#421).

After defeating his most formidable foe to date and riding off into the sunset with longtime flame Felicity Smoak, Oliver Queen (a.k.a. The Arrow) left Starling City with the hopes of beginning a new life. But will Oliver ever truly be able to leave behind his past as the Arrow, and, if so, what becomes of the team he has worked so hard to assemble? Will Diggle, Thea, and Laurel be left to continue Oliver’s crusade without him? And with Malcolm Merlyn having ascended to the top of the League of Assassins as the new Ra's al Ghul, is anyone really safe?
