Leaked GOTHAM Series Finale Photos Reveal The Joker's Horrifying Future Final Look

The series finale of Gotham will jump ten years into the future and some leaked images seemingly offer up a first look at the Clown Prince of Crime's gruesome final appearance. Hit the jump to take a look!

We know that the next episode of Gotham will feature a confrontation between Bruce Wayne and Jeremiah in Ace Chemicals, and it looks like some leaked images have provided some insight into what will become of the Clown Prince of Crime.

As you can see in these photos which reportedly hail from the series finale (set ten years in the future), The Joker is going to be left pale skinned and horribly scarred. His trademark smile is there, of course, but he's been left pretty much bald with only a few tufts of hair hanging from his head...and it's not really that green!

It seems as if Gotham has taken the "realistic" route by exploring what would actually happen if you fell into a vat of chemicals, and there's no denying that this Joker looks utterly terrifying.

Leaked photos of both The Penguin and The Riddler have done the rounds in recent months and it definitely appears as if the finale will be embracing the comic books in a big way.

What do you guys make of this take on the iconic Batman villain? As always, be sure to let us know your thoughts in the comments section.

Honestly, I don’t hate it. Yes, I’d like green hair, but it’s an interesting take on the Joker

@MikeyL - It's obviously different, but it does make sense, seriously a guy who falls into a vat of chemicals would probably look more like this, than looking the same, just with white skin

@MikeyL - green hair ? he’s almost bald

@MikeyL - It's a scary take for sure, the Joker is a villain that scares other villains with his insanity, Gotham has definitely hit the mark here.

This is very different, but Gotham has always been more of an elseworld show, this really isnt a bad design, seriously looking at it realisticly, come on a guy who falls into chemicals would come out with more changes that just white skin and green hair, this version obviously is burned by the chemicals.

I like it, its different, it makes sense and the joker has had a lot of different look over the years, its not like Heath Ledger looks anything like comic joker

he could do with more hair ......but other than that it looks dope as fvk!

Transition this guy to the DC movie universe. Joaquin’s Joker is stand alone so this Joker could replace Jarod Leto. He’s already proved his worth.

It’s also an interesting look and makes a lot of sense for a guy that was dropped into a vat of chemicals to look like that.

@bcom - That would be difficult, using the actor could confuse some people, if they wanted to make Gotham part of the DCEU I guess it would be fine, but not sure many people would want to see a joker looking like this on the big screen. Would love a Gotham movie, maybe in 5 years, reuniting the cast. Give David time to bulk up

Looks better than Jared Leto Joker. I Approve

@BATMANx - A dried up dog turd with mold looks better than the Leto's Joker. At least that actually resembles the Joker better than Leto's Joker.

I The like the design. I always felt Gotham should have have set the show a few years in between each season. Giving the characters time to grow into their more comic accurate characters. I am most interested in the final look for Penguin.

Big Gotham fan but this is terrible. It's even worse when you consider how perfect the design looks with hair:

Origame
Origame - 2/18/2019, 3:47 AM
@Nightwing1015 - i get a lot of this (in fact much of it is a more scarred version of jack Nicholson) but why no hair? Realism shouldnt be a replacement for story. The whole reason joker becomes the joker because the chemicals make him look like a clown. With the green hair? I could see him looking at himself and being like "im a clown now". Without it? I dont know. Prune man?
MikeyL
MikeyL - 2/18/2019, 4:45 AM
@Origame - I’m pretty sure I read that they aren’t allowed to use his green hair for some reason
BackwardGalaxy
BackwardGalaxy - 2/18/2019, 5:17 AM
@Nightwing1015 - If the design is "perfect" just by adding hair, then it isn't terrible.
SpideyQuad
SpideyQuad - 2/18/2019, 6:07 AM
@Nightwing1015 - Since this is the first look who's the say he doesn't just get a green wig.
Origame

@MikeyL - well if thats the case then its just more strange ideas of warner bros about whats damaging to the batman brand.

Seriously, when you get down to it, the whole reason we have shows like krypton, gotham, and smallville is purely because wb doesnt want shows based on characters that are currently on the big screen. And the whole reason we have shows like arrow and supergirl is so the tv networks can make actual batman and superman shows without actually featuring batman and superman.

Its just so idiotic. If, say, the cw released a batman show around the same time as batman v superman, no fan would be confused by this. Obviously the show has nothing to do with the movie as they are in different continuities. The only people who might actually not understand this are the general audience. But even then they wont actually care about the small inconsistencies between the show and the movie and think they take place in the same world. Its really not an issue and time and time again its ruining the creative freedom of the shows. Seriously, wb now has to make a stand about HAIR? This is just ridiculous now.

@Origame - it’s what I got dangerous chemicals can cause your hair fall out and burn your skin real bad I see it as realistic look
Nightwing1015
Nightwing1015 - 2/18/2019, 8:34 AM
@BackwardGalaxy - Well, it sort of is because it's not just adding hair. It's obscuring the shitty whispy hair he has which makes him look like an 80 year old man.
Nightwing1015
Nightwing1015 - 2/18/2019, 8:34 AM
@MikeyL - Then they should've given him normal hair like he has now. Not old man hair.
Nightwing1015
Nightwing1015 - 2/18/2019, 8:36 AM
@SpideyQuad - "Since this is the first look who's the say he doesn't just get a green wig."

The person who leaked the image says this is his final and only look in the finale. No wigs in sight.
Origame
Origame - 2/18/2019, 9:12 AM
@dragon316 - ...i know. I agree its more realistic. I addresses this in my comment. I said realism doesn't matter if it jeopardizes a plot. For this example, joker is supposed to see himself as a clown to define himself from that moment forth.
dracula
dracula - 2/18/2019, 1:29 PM
@Nightwing1015 - With Jerome's design they took a Scott Snyder's Death of the Family approuch, for Jeremiah they are doing Endgame
Nightwing1015
Nightwing1015 - 2/18/2019, 2:20 PM
@dracula - Endgame Joker still had hair though. So it's still a fail.
