New Extended Promo For iZOMBIE Season 1 Episode 2: "Brother, Can You Spare a Brain?"

After an artist is murdered, Liv not only picks up his visions, she picks up traces of his passion and begins to see things in a more inspired way. Meanwhile, Blaine connects with Liv, and Liv tries to connect with Major. Recurring guest star ALY MICHALKA appears as Peyton. JUDY REYES (Scrubs) guest stars as Lola, the artist's wife.

From the executive producers of Veronica Mars, iZOMBIE stars Rose McIver (Power Rangers R.P.M.) as Olivia “Liv” Moore, a medical resident on the fast track to a perfect life … until she’s turned into a zombie. Now stuck between half-alive and undead, Liv transfers to the city morgue to reluctantly access the only thing that allows her to maintain her humanity — human brains. But there are side effects to Liv’s new diet. With each brain she consumes, she experiences flashes of the corpse’s memories — including, at times, clues as to how they were killed. Her boss, a brilliant but eccentric conspiracy theorist, encourages her to embrace this gift and to work with an eager, unproven homicide detective to help solve these murders … and quiet the voices in her head. iZOMBIE is based upon characters published by DC Entertainment’s Vertigo imprint.

The Flash features:
Rose McIver as Olivia "Liv" Moore
Malcolm Goodwin as Clive Babinaux
Rahul Kohli as Dr. Ravi Chakrabarti
Robert Buckley as Major Lilywhite
David Anders as Blaine DeBeers
Aly Michalka as Peyton Charles
Molly Hagan as Eva Moore
Nick Purcha as Evan Moore
Bradley James as Lowell Casey

So you turn a confident spitfire from the comics into this weak ass pushover? Yeah, it's a CW show...

And the CW delivers again. GREAT pilot.

I knew Rob Thomas wouldn't disappoint, the man did give us "Veronica Mars".

DC pretty much owns tv right now. Can't wait for the new Arrow/Flash spin off.

Loved this show, it was just some mindless fun (no pun intended)
Been waiting for a Veronica Mars replacement and this is just what I need.

I like this show because the cop that she helps is entertaining, so she gets to be the straight man. But I find this show more entertaining with the comic book panel transitions. I like that element of it.

This might have been covered already - But I didn't notice until catching the Pilot for a second time.. They actually mentioned Superman in this episode. It's the first current DC show to say Superman.

Anyone think there might be significance to this? And why wait for iZombie before saying Superman?

Thoughts??
