Tonight's episode of Legends of Tomorrow took us to a future version of Star City, but things will take a very different turn next Thursday when the team ends up coming to blows with...space pirates?!

After receiving a distress call from another timeship stranded in space, Rip (Arthur Darvill) decides to answer the call in order to use the other ship’s computer to track Savage (guest star Casper Crump). The team is suspicious and warns him this could be a trap but he moves forward with his plan. Ultimately, the team was right and they have to battle time pirates. With most of the team captured, it is up to Professor Stein (Victor Garber) to rescue them all. Gregory Smith directed the episode written by Anderson Mackenzie & Phil Klemmer.

Anyone else think now that Ray and Kendra are getting close, we might get to see the 2025 Flash, Hawkgirl, Green Arrow, Atom vs Reverse Flash fight when Barry shows up on Legends later this season?

It was ok. It's a little amusing that after Malcolm, Slade, Ra's and Darkh, finally someone managed to destroy Star City (why does everyone hate this particular city so much?). I don't get why anyone would want to rule over such squalor, though.

I'm not really liking the mission through time format that they've got going. It just doesn't gel for me. I guess part of that is that this feels like a space show, but it's been quite limited so far in terms of what they've done and what has been shown. I'd much prefer that they hang out in the non-apocalyptic future a bit.

I noticed that Star City 2046 is very reminiscent of the Batman storyline, "No Man's Land." Basically, a series of earthquakes hit Gotham and the U.S. government decided to wall off the whole city. Then the mobsters and villains carved out what was left of the city for themselves.

I liked this show at the beginning but now I find it very cheesy and repetitive. I can't stand Rip Hunter. His acting is soooo bad. Its worse than Stephen Amell's.

Soooooo, does this mean Diggle is not in the grave? I mean i know this is a potential future, but Vandal Savage would not have any weigh in on Diggle dying right?

Was more of a overly dramatic Arrow Episode rather than a Legends of Tomorrow episode.
Worst episode of the season for me... Better than most of the Arrow seasons but painful to watch as a Legends fan.
