Legends of Tomorrow, like any other DCTV show, are chock-full of easter eggs from the DC Comics universe. Since the premiere of the show, the DC Comics Instagram account has been revealing some interesting easter eggs, mostly all related to the Justice Society of America. The images include Ma Hunkel's pot helmet, Hourman's hourglass, Sandman's gas mask, and Doctor Mid-Nite's bombs. With the show's main premise dealing with time travel and Jonah Hex (Johnathon Schaech) set to make his DCTV debut, it could be possible that we can see the heroes travel to the time of the first superhero team. Do you think we'll see the JSA make an appearance?

When heroes alone are not enough… the world needs legends. Having seen the future, one he will desperately try to prevent from happening, time-traveling rogue Rip Hunter is tasked with assembling a disparate group of both heroes and villains to confront an unstoppable threat — one in which not only is the planet at stake, but all of time itself. Can this ragtag team defeat an immortal threat unlike anything they have ever known?

@Kr08

@Kro8

If you take screen shots of each image and use a filter or lighten it up you will see the actual character in the background. Actually it is pretty cool!

I would love to see Dr. Mid-Nite he has always been one of my favorite DC characters, sadly DC rarely uses him anymore. I wonder if we could see the original Blue Beetle, because we know the second Blue Beetle, Kord exists in the present time. I would enjoy seeing Starman or the Star Spangled Kid too.
