The Legends of Tomorrow have faced many deadly foes and traveled to a lot of perilous timelines, but in an upcoming season 2 episode titled "Compromised", the team will find themselves in the most dangerous time period yet: Reagan-era America.

The CW has released a batch of stills featuring the debut of Lance Henriksen (Aliens, Terminator, Millennium) as Obsidian, and the returning Neal McDonough as Damian Darhk. Check 'em out below, along with the synopsis.

When the Legends trace a timequake to President Reagan’s White House, they are shocked to discover their old enemy Damien Darhk (guest star Neal McDonough) is now a Senior Adviser to Reagan. As the team works to uncover what Darhk has up his devious sleeve, Sara (Caity Lotz) struggles with the choice of getting revenge or helping with the team’s larger mission.

Legends of Tomorrow returns this Thursday night with "Abominations."

Im enjoying the Legends so far, it feels just like Doctor Who with superheroes at the moment!
And it feels very fast paced!

Now dont muck it up with CW cringe romance and a weak villain.

Honestly, you have Reverse Flash and Damien Darhk. Seeing them together was great, lets keep it going.

I haven't watched any of the CW shows this year, but I'm just glad to see Darhk ditched the black suit/black shirt/black tie combo.

@blackandyellow - Tell you what...rock that all black look on a Saturday night...and when some of the local ladies compliment you on how razor sharp you look..you might think differently.

@LordHarryLatts - I have to wear a suit 5 days a week as it is now. I only wear black suits to formal occasions anymore. I prefer gray or blue suits for everyday stuff.

@blackandyellow - Well, all black at the office isn't really a thing. But a Satarday night out on the town...I can dig it.

I find it sickening that people are judging B&Y because he leans more rainbow.

Wasn't Obsidian on the premiere? Like, isn't he the guy who is all in shadows and sent out that dark cloud when the JSA and the LOT were fighting? I recall someone saying Obsidian.

@thomashilfiger - In that episode it's just an extra in the costume and he has no dialogue. This is the debut of the actor playing obsidian out of costume.
