Well apparently WB has green lighted the Watchmen marketing campaign. A new site has surfaced in which they are taking advantage of social networks to generate buzz for the movie.

Although choosing the sites name seems like they threw the 'S'. As I feel they have been doing with most of the marketing for the movie.

Although I always source my articles, here's the link in bold. I watch the Watchmen

lol, I waited all day long to see if anyone reported this. No one did, had to bite the bullet and let everyone know.

The more marketing I see for this movie, the angrier I get and the less objective I think I will be when I see it. Damn you Snyder, I want a Watchmen with a Squid in it!!! the only way I can overcome a squidless ending, is if the attack is either made by zombies or naked hot ladies.

No, for me it's either zombies or hot chicks... no mixing, I don't like my hot chics to be rotting or smelling like crap.

I was looking around the site... it really is bad, although I found something really weird. If you go to the profile pic creator, and select Dan, he has some sort of graffitti on his costume, can't make out what it says. It's over his chest and left arm, anyone can read it? is that intentional or just a huge mistake?

Yah the marketing is just atrocious so far, every time i see those damn tv spots, it almost makes me want to not see this movie. I realize they have to do that to try to get normal people off the street to see the movie, but still the tv spot makes me wanna puke.

Mike

The writing on Nite Owls chest is taken from a "poster" you can download from the website. It seems someone was too damn lazy to use a new pic or photoshop it properly.
Im completely bi-polar about this film. One day Im dying to see it and think it will be good.
Other days Im annoyed at little things like the fact they are referred to as "The Watchmen" as if it was a new group a la The Avengers.
Surely thats what the "Crimefighters" was meant to be before they went seperate ways?

TBH Im loving the motion comic. Everyword, everyscene, exactly as Moore intended.
