In a recent interview, Hayley Atwell sat down and revealed that she'd love to play the character Peggy Carter again and again. "I, for one, love playing her, so I would jump at the chance to reprise the role again and again." She then says Marvel could do a lot with her character, due to the fact that the first season is set in 1946, way before her Alzheimer incident. "Since it’s set in 1946 in the first season, there’s a long way that we can go with it. We can explore the ’50s, maybe the ’60s, and right up to the present day where she’s in old age." She then continues, "And as we’ve seen in Captain America: The Winter Soldier, we know that she’s had a family. She’s lived a life, and there are many adventures that she can go on," She then says that it's up to Marvel, ABC and the fans to decide if we want Agent Carter's story-line to continue, while reassuring she would want to reprise her role repeatedly, "So it’s really up to Marvel, ABC and the fans to decide if that’s the story that they want to continue telling. I certainly would jump at the chance to keep doing it for the rest of my career.” To see more of what Hayley had to say regarding Agent Carter, the Marvel Universe, and more, hit the link below! Sounds interesting

I love how the Agent Carter and Antman are making the MCU bigger with time period events

A say go for it as long as we see some future characters in Agent Carter's adventures(example: Union Jack, Namor, Antman, Wasp, etc...).

Looking forward to Agent Carter. But I do hope Marvel makes more TV shows based on other Marvel heroes that wouldn't feature in the films.

Steve Rogers and Peggy Carter were my favourite MCU "couple" by far. A huge part of my appreciation came from the fact that Peggy was just a damn cool character in her own right. I thought it was a shame we logically wouldn't get to see her anymore after TFA, and thus I'm delighted about her having a larger role in the MCU after all.

I think it's pretty amazing that the MCU now spans from a kickass woman trying to deal with the circumstances of the 1940s to a bunch of space misfits trying to find their place in life at the other end of the galaxy. All one universe. All connected. Me likey.

I can, however, understand how this particular show might not appeal to everyone, and unlike with AoS I won't waste any time trying to convince somebody who doesn't like the idea to give it a chance, regardless of how good it might turn out to be (it might suck as well, I don't know it yet ^^'). If it doesn't interest you just don't watch it. Maybe word of mouth will get you interested after a while, maybe not.
