THE FALCON AND THE WINTER SOLDIER Set Photo Reveals An Unexpected Alliance - SPOILERS

Despite a significant delay, there's still a huge amount of excitement surrounding the debut of The Falcon and The Winter Soldier, and this newly revealed set photo leaves us with a lot of questions...

The Falcon and The Winter Soldier was supposed to debut on Disney+ back in August, but COVID-19 means that shooting is still taking place in the Czech Republic.

Now, it seems unlikely we'll see the series until well into 2021, but a trailer surely can't be too far away (unless the plan is for Marvel Studios to focus primarily on WandaVision for the time being). Regardless, a newly surfaced set photo appears to have revealed a possible plot spoiler for the show.

As you can see below, it looks like Sam Wilson (Anthony Mackie) and Bucky (Sebastian Stan) are going to be forced to team up with Baron Zemo (Daniel Bruhl) for some reason. This could be an indication that there will be an even greater threat in The Falcon and The Winter Soldier which forces the heroes to work with their hated foe, though what that is remains to be seen.

Unfortunately, with no context for this photo, it's hard to say for sure what's going to happen. This is definitely intriguing, though, and the show really can't get here soon enough.

Well...it'll be interesting to see how this develops. I could see Zemo forcing them to protect him (maybe threatening to kill old man Steve).

It's not unexpected!! I told you all from the beginning it will lead to a Thunderbolts deal with Zemo having turned to good or being a double agent in this show.

Nope, don't see this as a team up. Could be forcing them to work for him. Could be just Zemo going up to them on the street to prove how untouchable he is. Unless they're completely forgetting his motivations, there's no way he's teaming up with them outside of a double cross plan.

Alteast Bucky working for or with Zemo was already hinted at in the first teaser, so this doesn't come as a surprise. The real spoiler will be how that comes to be

Man, the more I see out of this show, the more I get hyped.

So does this mean the main villain is going to be another minor, ancillary character from the comics like Pierce, Killian, or Kaecilius?

Seems logical to me. The concept of MAGA-cap would be even more of an insult to Zemo than the Avengers were. I could see him helping them take him out.
