John Nania may not be a name you'll instantly recognise, but as Sebastian Stan's stuntman, he's brought a lot to the Marvel Cinematic Universe over the years. Recently, he appeared on The Screen Forum podcast, and was asked how much longer he plans to continue performing stunts.

Having worked on The Falcon and The Winter Soldier, Nania is bound to have an idea of what comes next for Bucky/The Winter Soldier, and hinted as much while answering the aforementioned question.

"I've still got a lot of performing left in me, and there's still a lot of things I want to do," he began. "I don't think the Winter Soldier is quite over with in the Marvel universe, there's still a lot more to ride out on that one, and I look forward to being part of it."

Nania would later praise the cast of the recently delayed Disney+ TV series, and promised that fans of the Marvel Cinematic Universe can look forward to plenty of epic action.

"Anthony Mackie, Sebastian Stan, Emily VanCamp, Daniel Brühl, I've seen these guys actually acting and I mean what professionals. When you work with them you see why these characters are so awesome and we get to see them in a whole different light with this show."

"I think as far as the action goes," Nania continued, "I've been a part of some ambitious things in the past, but this, truly, might be the most ambitious project I've ever worked on."

This all sounds awesome, and we're now left hoping that Marvel Studios can get work on The Falcon and The Winter Soldier finished so we can finally see these action scenes for ourselves!

As always, we'll keep you guys updated.

Although I don't expect Bucky to be a big player beyond FATWS, I do hope that the stuntman is gonna stay on (atleast if it's the same stuntman as in Civil War, because Bucky's action scenes were great in that)

Is it just me on this? But I thought his performance or should I say the way he was portrayed in infinity war and endgame was a waste.. he was badass in winter soldier and civil war.. I understand he was brainwashed but technically hes still the same person with out his head being put back in the blender.. still as fast and as strong.. all he did was shoot a few rounds.. dont get me wrong I dont hate just wish he would of had some sort of mash up with someone.. hyped for disney plus series...

@Loganvshulk - I "did" want to see more of this character doing more cool things, but for the good guys, and we didn't get much of that. There is probably more footage of him doing bad things, and the things he did at these points were pretty cool-looking compared to firing guns.

Even him fighting the police while attempting to get out of his apartment in "Civil War" was some awesome. I was hoping to see him on some actual "missions" (besides bad ones) with Steve, but besides trying to save Bucky, it didn't to happen.

And, yes, him just shooting at the bad guys isn't using the best of his special skills.

So, I am VERY please that Marvel/Disney decided to give him his own six-hour films series (with Sam) and I am looking forward to see what I've been wanting to see this whole time (him on some good missions while utilizing his special skills and doing cool stuff).

Maybe a Winter Soldier movie. Something similar to the Black Widow movie and with the Russo Brothers returning for a spy thriller.
