NBC has announced that they will be adding The Cape to their Fall 2010 schedule. The TV show is a superhero drama series that stars David Lyons from "ER" fame as Vince Faraday. Its about a good honest cop thats on a corrupt police force, that finds himself framed for series of murders. He's forced into hiding, leaving his whole life which includes his wife, Dana (Jennifer Ferrin) and son, Trip (Ryan Wynott). Wanting to reunite with his whole family he becomes The Cape which is his son’s favorite comic book superhero character.










Also stars: James Frain = billionaire Peter Fleming (main villain Chess)

Keith David = Max Malini (ringleader of a circus gang)

Summer Glau = Orwell (a investigative blogger who wages war on crime)

Dorian Missick = Marty Voyt (former police detective and friend to Faraday)
