Making his directorial debut in a Galaxy Far, Far Away with "The Siege,", Carl Weathers proved he's a perfect fit for The Mandalorian both behind and in front of the camera.
However, a funny mistake has been spotted in the episode around the 18:54 mark.
As you can see below in a Tweet shared by Weathers, a crew member wearing jeans and a watch can be seen standing almost out of frame as Din Djarin, Cara Dune, and Greef Karga blast their way through the Imperial base. It's an easy mistake to make, but one it is surprising wasn't caught during post-production (he could have very easily been removed with visual effects).
It's hardly a reflection of Weathers as a director, though, and we're definitely hoping he returns to helm another episode soon; you can read our spoiler-free verdict of "The Siege" by clicking here.
The Mandalorian is definitely picking up the pace this year, and with trailers and TV spots only showing footage from the first four episodes, everything that comes next is going to be a surprise to us. That's exciting for a lot of reasons, especially as we know that Ahsoka Tano is coming to the Disney+ series.
