Venom is set to be released on October 5th, 2018, so it surely can't be too much longer until we get to see something official from the movie! In the meantime, some new set photos have surfaced which show Tom Hardy battling the symbiote. We obviously don't get to see the alien - because it will be brought to life with CGI - but photographers on set claim the actor was battling for control of his body.

It's going to be very interesting seeing what sort of relationship Eddie Brock has with Venom in this movie as the two have just as often battled for control as they've been on the same page. Interestingly, every single set photo we've seen have shown Hardy in civvies as opposed to a mo-cap costume, so he'll obviously be spending an awful lot of time out of the costume in the upcoming Marvel movie.
