Arkham World.....Not Such A Joke After all?

Maybe there's more to the VGA story from a couple years back than there seems...

At the VGA's in 2011 when Rocksteady received one of their many awards, they had a CGI presentation of none other than the Joker accepting the award. During the award speech Joker had held up an envelope with the words "Arkham World" written on it as so to hint at a future installment from Rocksteady. Many wrote it off as just a pure joke from the developers, but were they truly just joking?

Recently I uncovered a domain name registered by Warner Bros. titled Arkham World. I searched the internet and was surprised to not see anything reported on it at all. It was secluded in its registration from the batch in last January from Arkham Origins, so is there any proof that this is significant to WB? And with Rocksteady revealing their new game soon, could this be the title?
