Most fans were delighted with the majority of the officially released X-Men: Apocalypse stills today; Storm, Psylocke, Magneto - all went over very well. Apocalypse himself however... not so much. Some loved his look, some applauded the efforts to adapt the comic character as closely as possible, but still felt they didn't quite get there. Others just flat-out hated it.

Several fan-manips of the images soon followed and it is hard to argue with how much better they seem to be - but it's important to remember that the initial reactions to the first glimpses of these type of characters almost always change when people get a bit more used to them, and see them in action. Plus, he is being played by a damn fine actor at the end of the day. Vote in the poll and then be sure to elaborate in the usual place.
