Actually, @DarthBob, The Wolverine was VERY good, in my opinion.

The rest? Yeah.

I agree.

PITIFUL.

Actually Rogue character never did it for me in Claremont/Lee/ X - Men run so i like Paquin version of this character more. I don't think she was even a first player of the X Team back then. More like a second one. Wolverine, Jubilee, Storm, Cyclops, Jean, Proffesor. Even Gambit who (i think) came later was having more action. Anyway, please correct me if i'm wrong.
But i like a flying and aspect of this character. Not sure about super strength.
Anyway they changed her but it never did bother me that much.

@jerryblake Rogue got plenty of action in the 80s and 90s and was seemingly one of her creator Chris Claremont's favourite characters to write for.

My personal favourite X-man, the movie version doesn't compare at all

probably you are right. i would need to start reading Cleremont/Lee X - Men run again.
Who knows ... maybe i would like this character (comic book version) more this time around. Only fools don't change their mind. But i'm still pretty sure that Wolvie and the rest of the gang were always the first players.

The heck is she wearing some kind of snake suit?

I liked that initially they showed her as a really conflicted and tortured teen,
But sadly that's all they did with her. And it's a shame too because Paquin is a fantastic actress and has always wanted to be the bad ass Southern belle character.

I'm loving all of these stills, DOFP was a masterpiece but it did feel like something was missing, I think that was Rogue, so I'm majorly looking forward to this!

Yeah the chatracter is nothing like she is in the comics aside from her power and her feeling of alienation and loneliness as a result. But, I still liked what Paquin did with her in the first movie... and then they just seemed to forget about her. Rogue was pretty much the main character of X1 along with Wolverine.

they are spoiling her whole arc with the photos, lol.

Fans will be dissapointed once they see the new version and they will realize its just what the photos showed.

Her powers were actually portrayed correctly. The superhuman strength, stamina, durability, reflexes, speed, and Ability to fly were all powers she absorbed from Mrs Marvel. No Mr's Marvel then no bad ass rogue.

"Iceman" was my codename in the air force.
I was a wingman for a fella named "maverick".

It was VERY hetero. All that suntan lotion and naked volleyball.
Just proves how much we like chicks.

Preach, I hate Wanda's powers in AoU, they did a huge injustice to the character.
