We know that Captain Marvel will FINALLY join The Avengers in the upcoming fourth instalment of the superhero franchise and it's fair to say that it's about damn time. Based on everything we know so far, Thanos' attack will be what brings Carol Danvers back to Earth and seeing as she's been described as the Marvel Cinematic Universe's most powerful character, she may be the only who can stop him.
Now, a very cool new piece of fan-art has been revealed which shows a very angry looking Captain Marvel standing over a downed Captain America and clearly ready to take her frustrations out on the Mad Titan. Seeing her get the chance to do just that promises to be a lot of fun, and it will probably be what leads to Carol ultimately leading a new iteration of Earth's Mightiest Heroes as we move into Phase 4.
