AVENGERS: ENDGAME TV Spot And New Funko Pops Start Getting Seriously Spoilery

The Russo Brothers recently revealed that the spoiler embargo for Avengers: Endgame lifts on Monday (presumably the same day we get the next trailer for Spider-Man: Far From Home), but it's already begun because this latest TV spot for the Marvel Studios movie features footage from the final battle along with that Captain America vs. Captain America showdown.

Funko, meanwhile, has unveiled its second wave of Avengers: Endgame Pops and these touch on some seriously spoilery moments.

As you can see, we have Thor in his new street clothes (looking a lot like the Big Lebowski, as Tony Stark noted), The Hulk wielding the Infinity Gauntlet, Pepper Potts suited up as Rescue, and the God of Thunder looking like a badass Viking warrior wielding both Mjolnir and Stormbreaker.

Hopefully, more are on the way, including Captain America holding the hammer, Iron Man with the Gauntlet, and Captain Marvel's new, Mar-Vell inspired appearance.

Check out this spoilery Avengers: Endgame content below and stay tuned for more as we have it.

@MrCamw1 - ha the dude of thunder will not let this aggression stand, man. In all seriousness, Endgame was a great film achievement, bringing all these stories together and not completely messing it up is commendable. although there is no question that in ragnorak and this, he became the comic relief. this was tony and steve's story. though,___SPOILER___ id have preferred tony get the happy ending and steve make the sacrifice.

@Pierce - During my first viewing of Endgame I would have agreed with how you feel about Thor. Then reflecting on his character and especially during the second viewing I actually love what they did with Thor. In a matter of literal days Thor has lost his Dad, Mjolnir, the majority of his people, three of his best friends, and his home. Then almost immediately after that he lost half of the remaining Asgardians, his best friend, and his brother all while receiving the biggest one sided ass kicking in his life. Then in his moment of victory and revenge Thanos wins wiping out half of all life. Then when they find Thanos they find out he destroyed the Infinity Stones making it impossible to reverse what he has done. Thor then takes Thanos head saying in the most defeated and broken line in the movie "I went for the head". In both showings people laughed at that line and I just thought this line is in no way meant to be taken as a joke. He just fell into the deepest sea of despair he could ever find and he is drowning at this point. He then crawls into a bottle to cope with his depression with alcohol.

I can understand why Thor is nothing more then a drunken mess during most of the movie because he feels like he has nothing left. No home, no friends, no family, and no revenge to help with his healing. All of this lost because of his failings as a leader and king to his people. He feels like a failure and it is only the words of his mother who pulls him out of that sea of despair to allow him to see that no matter his failings he can find success and happiness. It was a beautiful character arc for him through the movie that continues to make Thor one of my favorite characters in the MCU. Plus I loved Bulky Viking beard Thor going full old school WOW Fury spec on Thanos.

@pesmerga44 - His arc makes sense, but he better get some damn redemption in Phase 4

@pesmerga44 - I agree with full bearded thor being the best. And yes, the way you write it out sounds like an impactful and emotional story. the way it was executed was thor throwing blowing balls at himself, yelling at children on fortnight, marvel half asking both planet hulk and ragnarok in the same movie, and ceding his crown. Not to mention he spent 5 years in this despair while he had plenty of asgaurdians that could use a king. Given the lessons he had learned in thor 1 and 2 about responsibility and his need to prove himself to Odin, I just feel the God of Thunder could have handled things better. But if you like it, cool. Maybe ill get a version i like in a decade or two

@Pierce - Yeah, I was not a fan of them flushing his character development from the last two movies down the toilet for comic relief

@Pierce - f that, my mom died 2 years ago and I drank everyday for over a year before I got my head on straight. Thor could've stopped HALF THE UNIVERSE FROM DYING and he lost his brother, father, best friend, mother aaaannnddd HIS ENTIRE PLANET.. he should've handled it better... SMH WOW
