While some of the characters killed off in Marvel's Avengers: Infinity War will no doubt return, it looks like one death in particular is definitely going to stick. Find out who we're talking about here...
Lots of people die in Avengers: Infinity War, and while the heroes that "cease to exist" when Thanos snaps his fingers at the end of the movie will almost certainly return in some capacity, we're less sure about the characters that bought the farm earlier on in the film: Loki, Heimdall, Gamora and Vision.
Well, it looks like we can forget about the Asgardian gatekeeper making a comeback, at any rate.
AVENGERS: INFINITY WAR SPOILERS - Do Any Of The Main Characters Die; And If So, Could They Return?
Idris Elba took to Twitter to say goodbye to the fan-favorite character, who appeared in the three Thor movies, Avengers: Age of Ultron (briefly) and Infinity War. Despite being a fairly prolific player in the MCU, most fans would agree that Heimdall was never really given enough to do, and unfortunately, it doesn't look like that's going to change now.
Farewell, Heimdall - have a drink or two for us in Valhalla.
