Epic Multiverse Saga Fan Art Assembles MCU Heroes From Multiple Realities To Face Their Greatest Threat Yet

Newly created fan art celebrating the Multiverse Saga has been revealed, and it assembles literally countless Variants as these heroes assemble to battle the MCU's greatest threat to date. Check it out!

Marvel Studios recently delayed both Avengers: The Kang Dynasty and Avengers: Secret Wars, meaning we'll have to wait that little bit longer to see where the Multiverse Saga is taking us.

The expectation is still that it will conclude with the Multiverse's Mightiest Heroes assembling to battle Kang the Conqueror, and a jaw-dropping piece of fan art - in the style of Marvel Studios concept art - offers an idea of what that could look like.

Along with many of the MCU's newer superheroes, including Hercules, Shang-Chi, and Ikaris, we see Deadpool, Lou Ferrigno's Incredible Hulk, Venom, and even the New Mutants. Honestly, we could spend all day combing through this piece as there are a seriously impressive number of characters.

Whether Marvel Studios will look to outdo Avengers: Endgame's "Portals" scene with anything as massive as this remains to be seen, and it might be wise to actually choose a smaller group of Variants to put the spotlight on instead.

The Multiverse Saga has been a little more hit-and-miss than expected, so trying to go all out in an effort to top what's come before could be a costly mistake.

We're sure Kevin Feige and company are aware of that, though it's fair to say Disney probably wants these new Avengers movies to arrive sooner rather than later. That's particularly the case after movies like Eternals and Ant-Man and The Wasp: Quantumania underperformed.

As things stand, The Kang Dynasty is dated for  May 1, 2026, with Secret Wars set to follow on May 7, 2027.

Check out this epic new artwork below.

The inevitable Endgame-esque team-up shot we get in Secret Wars/Kang Dynasty is going to be full of characters NOBODY in the audience recognizes.

“Who is that guy standing next to Spider-man?”

“Oh, that’s this character who was in 5 minutes of one episode of a Disney Plus series from 7 years ago.”

@santoanderson - Like this wasn't an issue in Endgame and no one said anything. Like everyone just knew who every single character was coming through the portals.

Not to mention the fact that both times I saw the movie in theatres you could audibly hear "who is that" because no one remembered the kid from Iron Man 3. Yet no complaints.

regarding Kang(ugh)/Secret Wars, they need a new big tagline. Something like:

We have crammed everyone but the janitor in these movies & they may suck, but...

THE X-MEN & FANTASTIC FOUR ARE COMING!!!!!!!

Will repeat, this is total dogshit. No one cares about Agatha or chaos and @ Taika destroyed Thor and made Hercules a joke by using Goldstein, a comedian. He is way too small and unfit to be Herc. Reboot it all and start from scratch, follow Canon and listen to the fans. Secret wars is tanking cause it doesn't have superheroes, I like Fury, but only when attached to the Avengers or other heroes. Both the MCU and DCU exist cause of comics, canon and fans and its all about superheroes. they have names and costumes, don't care about the actors playing them. I care about the characters. Bring back Tony Stark and Steve rogers and all will be right again, that's what happens in the comics!!!

@cubichy - Agree. Take turned Thor into Deadpool. Some people love 'Ragnarok'...I do not. And Brett Goldstein? He's a funny guy but he's not a 250lb wrecking ball of muscle which is what Hercules is. Get another pro wrestler.

@SATW42 - Yes. As a lifelong genre nerd, I derive IMMENSE satisfaction at the objective FAILURE of all of the re-imaginings of generational IPs that had NOTHING wrong with them.

Disney losing a BILLION dollars pleases me to no end and the weak ass virtue signaling internet fanboys who claim to want, need and enjoy shitty content don't seem to be able to afford to keep it going.

I LOVE IT!! MUCH WIN. SUCH JOY.

@SATW42 - I'm helping to keep him afloat.

Snyderverse is Dead. We haven't had a reposted Zack photo of an arcane reference to a napkin sketch of what Black Canary would have looked like in the 17th JL movie in ages.

MCU is totally [frick]ed and it's only fun to watch it burn now - the fan casting of WWE as X-Men or the 137 characters MCU needs next listicles are nowhere to be found.

Star Wars has been dead since Mary Sue Jedi [frick]ed off into the desert.

INDY is currently dying on the vine but the death rattle lasted less than a month.

Josh needs to eat!

Wow looking at this poster actually decreased what little hype I had for this movie. It hurts my heart to see Adam Warlock relegated to a lower level than Drax in terms of character presence and hype. That guy should've been at least Nick Fury or Vision level by now.
No build up, no development for any of these characters. You can't compare this to build up to Infinity War.
But tbf there's still a couple years left, it's all down to getting Fantastic Four and the X-Men right.

Josh Brolin’s Cable front and center… man, I really do hope they bring him back. He was the best part of Deadpool 2 and, as a time traveler himself, I want to see him versus Kang in the worst way! Why aren’t they natural enemies in the comics?

People are complaining about harmless fanart of heroes assembling? Comic book stans are the most unserious people around, my lord.

After seeing this, my interest is just killed instantly. Originally I thought it'd be neat seeing the team-up clips on Youtube but seeing it here just feels hollow and vapid. Disney haven't developed any of the newer characters and shoving in a ton of cameos from films that failed just emphasizes how far the bar has fallen in terms of quality. Yes this is fan-made, but it is as hollow, empty and vapid as what Disney is doing with the franchise.
