@BlackBeltJones - Awesome image but I HATED Thor’s showing in this movie. It’s the only thing that’s keeping Endgame from being my all time favorite CBM. That and Hulk not having a redemption moment against Thanos

The Portals scene will be hard to top. That was an unprecedented experience.

Anytime someone mentions a Marvel movie in front of Paltrow

@BlackBeltJones - It's honestly sad how she's viewed her MCU experience as just another paycheck.

Some people don't know how good they got it.
Skrull
Skrull - 8/9/2019, 9:21 AM
@KWilly - Don't we all just work for a paycheck, though? Paltrow shows up, does her job well, then goes on her way. There's nothing wrong with that, imo.

@Skrull - I mean, there's a difference between a "job" and being an actress in arguably the most successful cinematic universe ever.

I'm not saying you gotta be a hard nosed comic fan, but you can at least be super proud of it.

@KWilly - Maybe she is "super proud" of her work but just doesn't watch the final product. A lot of actors don't enjoy watching their own movies, and many people just don't like superhero films.

That’s the scene that got me every time too. The deaths were sad. But when those portals start opening my eyes begin to water and by the time he says Avengers Assemble tears are running down my face. Every time I saw it. It was just a quarter century of comic reading and dreaming of what I wanted to see rolled into one beautiful moment.

@TheUnworthyThor - correct good sir .... unreal and epic moment in cbm history .....
Kumkani
Kumkani - 8/9/2019, 8:28 AM
@TheUnworthyThor - One of the most beautiful shots in Endgame (and in the MCU) is that moment when Falcon circles around Cap and the other portals start opening. I was already crying seeing T'Challa walked out looking like that but then that shot happened and I couldn't breathe. I knew exactly what was happening and at the same time I couldn't comprehend it, so I just couldn't breathe.

@SpideyPuffsMJ - God that got me too! Hawkeye panicking and desperately trying to find his family got me too. The traces of dust floating away that he doesn’t realize is actually what’s left of his daughter 😩

His reasoning for not including Cassie makes no sense, considering all of Hawkeye's children were there as well as the kid from IM3 - who I think definitely should not have been there as he was 1) unrecognizable anyways; and 2) not seen or heard from in a very long time.

@BertieGregory - we don't know what type of behind the scenes relationship Tony maintained with him from ironman 3 and on.

Even though Hawkeye's kids didn't necessarily get a speaking role with Tony they at least have shared the screen with him and my guess would be Hawkeye wanted to bring his kids there to pay respect to the man who was integral to bringing them back and keeping them safe

JonC - 8/9/2019, 8:40 AM
@BertieGregory - hawkeye's kids knew the avengers from the 'safe house' scene in AoU. Cassie knew nobody, more or less, and specifically not tony stark.

@knocturnalzen10 - The portals almost got me and Iron Man’s death came close but this did me in.

When that music started i gave up. Great final shot. Cap being the Russo’s guy and also Cap being the HEART OF THIS UNIVERSE. It made sense that the final image was Cap having his heart finally rewarded.

Kumkani - 8/9/2019, 8:11 AM
@BlackBeltJones - What I really loved was how part of the credits played along with the song that they were dancing too after. That was so unexpected to me and really closed the film beautifully.

@DnA - exactly !

@blackbeltjones : i'm shocked you could handled the tony one , the cap scene was so beautifully parallel to the scene in AOU
