Avengers: Infinity War is finally here! Depending on where you live, you may have already seen the Marvel Studios movie but Thursday evening screenings kick off tonight in America and rumour has it that the vast majority quickly sold out (so, if you don't already have your tickets, you're in trouble).

So, with just hours to go before watching the epic Marvel movie, a perfect way to get prepared is taking a look at all of the officially released stills. There's even a couple here you won't have seen before (such as the shot of Thor, Star-Lord, and Gamora below) so these are well worth looking at.

All you need to do to see the full list is click on either one of the buttons below. Once you've done that, be sure to let us know your thoughts on them in the comments section and stay tuned for more.

Avengers: Infinity War will be unleashed in theaters this Friday.

This new shot from the movie shows Thor meeting the Guardians of the Galaxy for the first time. Needless to say, Gamora doesn't look overly impressed with the wounded God of Thunder here.

Iron Man and Spider-Man meet the Guardians of the Galaxy — not under great circumstances.

Forget Hawkeye, we've seen pretty much nothing of Mantis in Avengers: Infinity War and given her unique power set, it will be interesting seeing what the characters ends up bringing to the table.

The Guardians of the Galaxy now have a teenage Groot to deal with. He’s not on a phone (there isn’t cell service in deep space.) But he is obsessed with an old handheld video game.

Baby Groot was extremely adorable but the teenage version looks like a right moody so and so and he doesn't appear to be remotely concerned about Thanos as he plays with his new video game.

Thanos demands your silence.

The Mad Titan doesn't look happy here but where is he? Could it be the ruins of Titan or has he conquered Earth by this point in the movie? We're obviously just going to have to wait and see.

Thanos, the Mad Titan. His plan is a simple one, devised by most people who have ever had to sit in a lot of traffic: The would would be better off if half the people didn’t exist.

What we do know is that this is Titan, the villain's home planet which was destroyed when his people failed to heed his warnings about an extinction level threat which left it a desolate wasteland.

Bruce Banner is in tatters. The Hulk has left him in the same condition as a pair of purple pants.

We know that Bruce Banner ultimately finds himself in Wakanda but unable to transform into the Hulk, the scientist will need to don the Hulkbuster armour in order to help repel Thanos' forces.

Wong, Doctor Strange, Bruce Banner, and Tony Stark gather at the Sanctum Sanctorum, where Bruce has just crash-landed after the events of Thor: Ragnarok. He brings a warning: Thanos is coming.

Before that, though, Banner will be spending some time in New York alongside Iron Man, Doctor Strange, and Wong when the Sanctum Sanctorum is attacked by the villainous Black Order.

That bond has become stronger than either expected.

Initially, many fans theorised that The Black Order taking the Mind Stone is what resulted in The Vision taking on a human form but it appears as if this is actually just a new ability of his.

Wanda Maximoff, a.k.a. The Scarlet Witch, developed her powers after being experimented on with the Mind Stone. That’s a bond she and The Vision share.

The Vision was a synthezoid brought to life with the yellow Mind Stone. That makes him one of the objects Thanos must collect to make the Infinity Gauntlet fully operational.

Both The Vision and the Scarlet Witch look pretty distraught here but the shot of the latter takes place in Wakanda and the former is when The Black Order attacks the two heroes in Scotland.

Star-Lord. Don’t call him “Mr. Lord.”

Star-Lord taking on Thanos is something comic book fans will be all too familiar with and this awesome shot provides a sneak peek of Peter Quill doing battle with the Mad Titan on the ruined Titan.

Wakanda’s tech chief Shuri meets with Scarlet Witch and Bruce Banner about the looming Thanos threat — and how to protect The Vision and the Mind Stone.

Shuri stole the show in Black Panther so her return in Avengers: Infinity War is welcomed and we see her here alongside Bruce Banner, someone who may end up being schooled by the youngster.

Science Bros. join forces with the Team Wizard.

What an impressive team of Avengers! As you can see, it's Doctor Strange and Wong seemingly leading the charge here as Iron Man (who will no doubt suit up momentarily) and Bruce Banner look on.

Thanos shoots the moon.

Yes, that really is a moon that Thanos is preparing to throw at our heroes. We know that there will be casualties in the movie, so how on Earth (Titan?) are they going to survive such a fatal, killing blow?

Wakanda forever.

Col. Rhodes has recovered the ability to walk thanks to prosthetic braces on his legs and spine. Here he reunited with Captain America and Black Widow for the first time since their falling out.

On July 4 of 2018, the MCU’s Steve Rogers would turn 100 years old. But there are no guarantees anyone in Infinity War will see another birthday.

It's said that the entire final act of Avengers: Infinity War takes place in Wakanda, and here we get to see a variety of shots, including one many fans believe comes after Cap's showdown with Thanos.

Loki stole the Tesseract, containing the blue Space Stone, before the end of Thor: Ragnarok. He may have doomed all of the Asgardian refugees.

We know that Loki delivers the Tesseract to Thanos but his role beyond that is something of a mystery. Seeing as he failed the Mad Titan, it's sadly possible that he'll be killed off fairly early on.

Thor, Rocket and teen Groot are on a separate mission to help stop Thanos.

Thor is a bug on the windshield of the Guardians of the Galaxy. They’re first encounter is not a friendly one.

Merging the worlds of The Avengers and Guardians of the Galaxy was never going to be an easy task but Thor feels like the right choice to help make that a reality after his last cosmic adventure.

The Outriders — hybrid alien monsters unleashed on Wakanda like a plague.

T’Challa and M’Baku command the forces of Wakanda as they await the army of Thanos.

The battle of Wakanda will see T'Challa leading his army alongside various members of The Avengers against Thanos' monstrous Outriders, genetically engineered and powerful foot soldiers.

Iron Man has been preparing for this threat for a long time, but Tony Stark keeps hoping for a reprieve.

Iron Man’s new Bleeding Edge armor is nanotechnology that emerges from the new Arc reactor on his chest.

Iron Man has been preparing for this battle ever since his brief trip into outer space in The Avengers, so it will be very interesting seeing what lengths he's willing to go to to stop Thanos in this movie.

When you’ve heard every Hogwarts joke in the book.

Based on the massive hold in the Sanctum Sanctorum's roof, this scene clearly takes place just moments after The Hulk comes hurtling to Earth. The question is, is it Thor that sends him here?

Protect your heart, Marvel fans. Avengers: Infinity War is upon us. The culmination of 10 years of filmmaking will hit theaters this week, so EW has collected all the preview images the new film. As you countdown to the debut, let’s take a look at what to expect …

Another very cool shot of that attack on Doctor Strange's home, this time it's Iron Man who leads the heroes through the wreckage presumable to do battle with Thanos' invading Black Order.

Hulkbuster armor rising to defend Wakanda’s capital city.

The Hulkbusted gets up close with the Hulkbuster.

As I mentioned a little earlier in this post, it's Bruce Banner who suits up in the Hulkbuster armour after realising that one more transformation into The Hulk could mean he'll never return.

When repulsors, rockets, and lasers fail, a wiseass remark may hit even harder.

We know that Robert Downey Jr.'s tenure as Iron Man is nearing its end so is it possible that he'll meet his maker at the end of this movie? That would be one way to leave the jaws of fans on the floor.

The Infinity Gauntlet. When the stones are assembled, it can erase half the life in the universe with a snap.

Thanos has only two Infinity Stones here but will he be able to get his hands on the rest by the time the credits roll? That certainly seems feasible but the heroes are in trouble if that happens!

Steve Rogers has been a fugitive ever since Civil War.

Steve Rogers ditched his Captain America persona at the end of Civil War and this awesome shot of the hero shows what's become of him in the years which have followed since he went on the run.

Thor lost his eye in Ragnarok.

Thor only has one eye in this cool shot from the movie but various toys have resulted in fans theorising that the God of Thunder will somehow regain that once he powers up and creates the Stormbreaker.

The Iron Spider armor, teased at the end of Spider-Man: Homecoming.

Peter Parker skips out on a field trip to explore the Q-ship that descends over New York City’s skyline.

Spider-Man is expected to play a key role in Avengers: Infinity War and here we get to see the young hero in both his original suit (well, the mask at least) and his upgraded Iron Spider costume.

Two Tonys — Director Anthony Russo and Stark himself.

The Russo brothers directing Scarlett Johansson during a scene set in Scotland.

Directors Joe (left) and Anthony (right) Russo on the set of Infinity War with Chris Evans.

These behind the scenes snaps give us an idea of how the movie was made and we'll hopefully get even more shots like this over the coming months as more about Avengers: Infinity War is revealed.

As I already wrote in another topic, I saw the movie.
Guys, believe me, avoid any spoiler. This movie is epic, terrific, emotional and heartbreaking.

Everyone knows that Lady Gaga gif where she lists down all good kind of qualities and characteristics?

That is this movie in a nutshell. Very but very good.

The movie is absolutly grandiose and epic. Entertaining but yet, so emotional. We left the theater in silence, teary and shocked.

I have to see it at again at least four time to catch all the details.

@MiKi -

I don't like hyperbole but to me it's not only the best best Avengers movie, the best MCU movie but also thethe best CBM to date.

It's like the ultimate cbm ever made. It so massive and ambitious. It has action, emotion, humour, drama, acting performances all rolled up in one magnificently. The whole storylione is brilliant.

I never walked up from an MCU movie in silence but yesterday, you could hear a fly...It was just "shocking" all around. I lefty in awe and thought about it for hours.

I can't wait to see it again and again and i want Avengers 4 to be out like...yesterday !

NO PLOT SPOILERS

I loved the movie and I can understand why some people can be satisfied by only watching it once because it really does feel like a Part 1, despite the marketing spiel the Russos are trying to spin on it.
I could write a bunch of paragraphs talking about what I loved but I'll just say a few sentences without being specific about what I think are negatives/nitpicks. There are a few moments where logic goes out the window for some characters including Thanos, considering what he can do with the gauntlet in one scene and then chooses not to later in the film. Apart from that it was a rollercoaster ride that I've not felt since the grin I had on my face during the first Avengers film. It really felt like this was the Marvel Universe from the comics (superheroes in New York and all) on the big screen definitively.

I agree with others about Thanos being unapologetically machiavillian. Josh Brolin and the VFX gave him justice in making him a nuanced character. Even though in no second I bought nor swallowed his moments of weakness and the glimpses of humanity. I recognize crocodiles tears when I see them and if he truly was that vulnerable then he wouldn’t have been able to continue.

But I guess that is what makes him a good villain, that complexity. He is insane and that is that, Doctor Strange and Gamora were on point with what they told him.

Anayway, amazing comic book adaptation. And the best is yet to come.

Damn, posted this on the wrong article:

Just got out of the theater about an hour ago, and I'm genuinely still shaking a bit. This movie something else. Had some minor problems, but overall I was pretty blown away.

I went alone to the first screening of the day, with a relatively small audience, and it was a blast. Looking forward to watching it again tonight with friends in a sold out place.
