Scarlett Johansson has said Black Widow will "fight it out" in The Avengers

Just a few minutes ago, at the Red carpet for the 83rd Academy Awards, Scarlett Johansson said that Black Widow would "fight it out with the boys" in The Avengers. As far as I'm aware, it has not been confirmed that Black Widow would get an action sequence in The Avengers (though we all suspected). BTW, my first article, hope you like.

Eh. Her performance in IM2 bored me. Her fight scene was something out of Power Rangers, except I did NOT enjoy it. I think they should have given the role to an actual Russian. She's too... Americanized. Given Favreau wrote the script, I guess I can understand why her character was poorly handled.

Hopefully Whedon's writing will flush her out and do her better justice. Then again... for the way Marvel handled hiring Whedon with little respect that equaled little pay, this event is beginning to look like a potential disaster.

boooo i hate her as widow. her acting was pathetic in IM2. i was hoping to only see her for about 5 minutes in the avengers . guess my bubble just popped
