We've now seen teaser posters for each of the major comic book movie releases in 2012 (no Man of Steel due to the fact it's been delayed until 2013 of course) and while each of them are equally unrevealing, I'm curious about which of the teasers you guys like most. Is it the glossy logo of The Avengers? Do you prefer the atmospheric sight of buildings crumbling for The Dark Knight Rises? Or do the glimpses of The Amazing Spider-Man's suit and Ghost Rider: Spirit of Vengeance's flaming hand get you more excited? Here's your chance to decide...

TDKR for sure. Gotta admit the best thing about the trailer was the ending. I did like the chanting as well.

By FAR TDKR. It's actually in a completely different league than the other. Yes, non reveal any characters etc but at least TDKR went for something a bit different, eye catching, artistic. Worst is The Avengers. A [frick]ing shiny "A" after everything we had already seen from the movie? Really?

1. The Dark Knight Rises (There's actually something going on unlike the rest)
2. The Avengers (I knew we'd get just the logo for the teaser poster)
3. The Amazing Spider-Man (Why the hell does it have the name of the movie twice on it?)
4. Ghost Rider: Spirit Of Vengeance (Looks almost exactly like the Comic-Con one)

Is there seriously a Twitter hashtag on the Ghost Rider poster? Good grief.

Shit!... I dunno,.. ill have to see all of them on my wall in order to make a decision...at least this isnt a question of.... "WHICH MOVIE DO YOU WORSHIP. CHOOSE THE POSTER THAT YOU COULD EAT ON WHEAT BREAD AND WANT TO MAKE LOVE TO BECAUSE YOUR A CHEAP WHORE"..yea, im sure the best poster will win!!!

TDKR. It's just fun to look at. (cue Tea)

4. Ghost Rider: Spirit of Vengeance (Isn't not being in the MCU and not being made by Marvel Studios enough?)
3. The Amazing Spider-man (Wow, almost the same logo as last time just now looks like a broken Spider and looks less like anything like it looks in the comics)
2. The Dark Knight Rises (Cool poster, but kinda looks almost too much like inception, but oh well)
1. The Avengers (Cool, yet perfectly simple, and beautiful.)

@jkm- exactly at least with TDK you can feel the scale of the film through the poster. With so much hype surrounding the Avenger you would think they would do something as big. I seen a fan made poster in fan fic with loki holding the world in his hands. that's a much better poster than just the A.

even the teaser TDKR actually went with the meaning of a teaser and was awesome, other movies teaser trailer shows loads of things blowing and action and that's it.

TDK teaser was just a voice over from joker/heath ledger and look how well that turned out.teasers are suppose to be well teasers not a long detailed trailer.

TDKR is the best and most artistic poster out all of them. I agree with batmanbruce, though it didn't reveal much I thought it did what it was supposed to which was leave the audience in suspense. Its a trailer, not a effing short film and think fanboys wanna see 50% of the movie just so they can shit on the movie. Fan boys on this very site shit on First Class before the movie even hit theaters, they were going off the multiple trailers they've seen but the movie ended up being aswesome! Whatever happend to people being surprised when they actually walked into the actual movie?

None of them are really that great. For those of you who think the TDKR poster is awesome because it has something going on, how likely do you think it is that the poster has much to do with the plot of the movie other than some very vague symbolism? They pretty much could have used that for TDK. It's kinda cool, but not really impressive. If I gave a crap about Ghost Rider, I'd probably give that poster the win because it seems like the kind of thing a ghost Rider fan could put on his wall.
SpiderFan35
SpiderFan35 - 8/24/2011, 11:46 AM
Visually I think the TDKR poster takes it. It has an actual optical twist that catches your eye. The others are flashy but are just logos and stuff.

Avengers is boring, Spidey logo sucks so I hate it just for that, I do like the GR one - fire is always cool.
