BATMAN NINJA Animated Movie Releases Its First Trailer Along With A First Official Poster

In 2018, Batman returns to the world of anime and the producers of the film have now released the first full trailer which characters we'll see in the film! They've also released an official poster!

Batman NInja is an upcoming film that sees the Caped Crusader return to the world of anime for the first time since 2008's Gotham Knight. Here, instead of having several stories we just have one which involves everyone's favorite clown, The Joker, attacking Feudal Japan.

Now, the first official trailer for the movie has been released online, and with it comes confirmed cast memners Kouichi Yamadera as Batman, Wataru Takagi as Joker, Ai Kakuma as Catwoman, and Rie Kugimiya as Harley Quinn.




Warner Bros. is set to release the film next year and will include both the subtitled original Japanese version and an English dubbed version when it lands on Blu-ray.

@Stealthduck - Seen it twice, the movie was fun and I enjoyed it. I am upset that there are some major missed opportunities etc....

Though the hate this movie is getting is not warranted. I will say WB is messed up. Trust me I do not want a Marvel setup, their movies are hit and miss for me personally. Though DC has such a big universe that not even been scratched.

@JoeMomma29 - Agreed, it does genuinely seem as though people (especially on this site) are hating for the sake of it. There were missed oppurtunities, sure, but with a Justice League film I think that was inevitable; no way could they appease us all, pure gold will have to be mined in future films.
I'm glad the Marvel route is not being travelled (I also agree that their films are hit and miss, but the hits more than make up for the misses), but I would like to see a dedicated 'team' to ensure as much independence from interfering suits. A certain amount of autonomy seems to be needed.
