First off, I don't know the reliability of the website, so take this info with a grain of salt. Cinematorio has stated on their Twitter account that The Dark Knight Rises will hit Brazilian theaters July 27th, 2012 - exactly one week from the US release date. Below is what they said (after translation from Portuguese, of course):

Again, I have no idea of the reliability of the site, so take this with a grain of salt until we have some solid confirmation. But be sure to sound off your thoughts below in the usual place!

Starring Christian Bale, Anne Hathaway, Tom Hardy, Michael Caine, Gary Oldman and Morgan Freeman, The Dark Knight Rises hits theaters July 20th, 2012!

Holy shit that's awesome, wait...what?

Why is this exciting? Seriously, is there a reason that this is important that I am not aware of?

If not, I would like to see more photos of the Tumbler under the tarp.

So, this is important because other countries usually have to wait a long time for American movies to be released there is that it?
Ok, well then that is pretty cool for our Brazilian friends.

A Intruder: Are you being sarcastic or are you in Brazil?

(If he's Brazilain that does not fit well with my theory that Intruder is actually Christian Bale.)

Why is this so awesome?

Anyway,I'm from Brazil,I'm really into this kind of stuff, and I never heard of this guy. This kind of news must come from Omelete,a terrible site, but they have conections with Warner and Collider. So...I call BS. Green Lantern was pushed back 2 months over here, because the lack of 3D screens, but TDKR isn't 3D.

BTW,if it is true,we will download it to see it first. Captain America will be released here this friday, and I saw it sunday...will watch again in the theathers because it is a really cool movie, but c'mon,I will not wait to see a movie of this kind.

usually is not a long time after... Captain F*ck Yeah America will hit for us this friday.
But I think Thor and IM2 were released here first, one week earlier than US.

But we should all take this with a grain of salt. It's very important that we do so. Just as it was very important to know that there is a slight possibility that Brazil could get TDKR one week after the U.S. Pulitzer prize winner, right here.

I get the sarcasm, but this is an international site and lots of brazilians visit here, so I think it's fair to have some news directed to them/us.

funny how marvel studios movies normally comes here one week or 3 days before the US release, but DC movies normally one week later or two months later(Green Lantern as an example).
