Joker is rapidly approaching, and it's fair to say that we're probably going to spend most of the fall talking about this rather unique looking DC Comics adaptation. Boasting an R-Rating and a very different take on the Clown Prince of Crime, Todd Phillips' movie is either going to be embraced by comic book fans or completely rejected.
After all, The Joker is one of the most beloved comic book villains of all-time, so not giving fans of the character what they're hoping for in a movie like this might not go down particularly well.
Still, with Joaquin Phoenix in the title role and a stellar supporting cast, it's hard not to be excited about where the iconic Batman villain will be taken in this origin story - especially as there's some serious awards buzz surrounding
Joker ahead of its premiere at the Venice Film Festival.
Now, Total Film Magazine has revealed a cover featuring both Arthur Fleck and The Joker. It's a pretty unique and a chilling piece of imagery, as we see the former stifling a laugh while his deranged alter-ego lets his manic side out for the world to see.
