We'd heard rumblings that Warner Bros. might release some sort of 2022 DC slate preview prior to this weekend's Super Bowl, and it doesn't disappoint! With The Batman, Black Adam, The Flash, and Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom all on the horizon, it's an exciting time to be a fan of the DC Extended Universe, which is evident from this sneak peek.
While there are only snippets of new footage from the upcoming solo movies featuring the Scarlet Speedster and King of Atlantis, a new look at Black Adam promises to leave your jaw on the floor.
The Justice Society has finally been revealed, including Dr. Fate, Cyclone, Atom Smasher, and perhaps most impressively, Hawkman. They look incredible on screen, as does Dwayne Johnson suited up as the movie's title character; hopefully, this means a trailer is imminent.
As for The Batman, there's nothing particularly new, though that was to be expected when the movie is literally weeks away from arriving in theaters. Ultimately, it's Black Adam that steal the show, but there's one new snippet from The Flash - showing Barry Allen's new suit - that is particularly impressive (some might argue that it's about time he gets a little protection for his eyes).
Take a look at the preview below ahead of what promises to be an epic year in the DCEU...
