The Dark Knight encountered several reimagined villains in Matt Reeves' The Batman, including The Riddler, The Penguin and Carmine Falcone. A sequel seems inevitable at this point, so which rogues could we see the Caped Crusader face-off against in The Batman 2?

How about The Condiment King!

Robert Pattinson was asked which villain stood out as his favorite during an interview with Brut México, and revealed that he's always been a big fan of the comedic baddie introduced in the classic Batman: The Animated Series.

Based on co-star Zoe Kravitz's (Selina Kyle) reaction, this is not the first time Pattinson has expressed his love for the Condiment King! Check out the video clip below.

The character, real name Mitchell Mayo, has never really been taken seriously (for obvious reasons), but he has become something of a cult favorite villain over the years and has made several notable appearances in the comics following his animated debut back in the '90s.

It's difficult to imagine The King assailing Pattinson's Batman with mustard and ketchup on the big screen, but who knows! A deranged, condiment obsessed serial killer who dispatches his victims by causing anaphylactic shock?

Maybe not.
