The guys over at Batman-News have pointed out a story which originated at "Batman-On-Film" revealing that shooting may start on The Dark Knight Rises as soon as this week. Here is an excerpt from the report. Be sure to head on over to the site to read more.



They are doing a plate shot in a helicopter over New York City this week. Apparently, Chris Nolan wants to get the city with snow on the ground.


Apart from knowing a few of the characters that'll be in the movie, we still have very little idea about the plot of the third intallment in Christopher Nolan's Batman franchise. What could he want shots like this for? Be sure to speculate in the usual place!

The Dark Knight Rises is set to be released on July 20, 2012!
